Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED · 22 AUGUST 2026

§1Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Flyte ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Flyte is operated by Ravenswood Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17335094, whose registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

§2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flyte. You are asked for your date of birth when you create an account and this is checked before the account is created. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

§3Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. One account per person.

§4Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Flyte for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
  • Create fake profiles or impersonate others.
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content.
  • Use automated systems to access the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

§5Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Flyte. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

§6Subscriptions & payments

Flyte Pass is an optional subscription. It is billed through the Apple App Store on iOS and through Google Play on Android, and can be taken monthly or yearly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Because billing is handled by the store, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us. Deleting your Flyte account does not cancel a subscription — you must cancel it with the store.

§7Safety

We check age at sign-up and provide reporting, blocking, and moderation tools, but Flyte does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting travel companions in person. Always meet in public places first and tell someone your travel plans.

§8Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

You can delete your account at any time — in the app under Profile → Settings, or from any browser at meetflyte.com/delete-account, which needs neither the app nor a login. Deletion is permanent.

§9Limitation of liability

Flyte is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

§10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

§11Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Flyte after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
