1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Flyte ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flyte. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. One account per person.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Flyte for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
  • Create fake profiles or impersonate others.
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content.
  • Use automated systems to access the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Flyte. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Flyte Pass subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

7. Safety

While we take steps to verify users and provide safety features, Flyte does not conduct criminal background checks. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting travel companions in person. Always meet in public places first and inform someone of your travel plans.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Limitation of liability

Flyte is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Flyte after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
